This was created for a class assignment where I was to film a scene of what could be a short film. This assignment gave me the opportunity to learn about lighting techniques, filming techniques, and honed my directing, producing, and scriptwriting skills firsthand. I also edited myself using Adobe Premiere Pro. I also got first hand experience with Canon C70 cameras, professional lighting kits, and professional microphones.
I Fell In Love With My Dead Bestfriend
This project was a final assignment for a class where we again had to film a scene from what would be a short film. I worked alongside a team on this assignment where I had a hand in production, direction, and editing. I also got even more experience using professional camera and lighting equipment.
Wise Words (PSA)
For this class assignment we were told to create a short PSA. In the two sections we get the main character's POV and their issues and then each bit of wisdom coming from this other person is actually helpful/impactful quotes from a novel they read. The premise was in order to make people more interested in reading. I got plenty of experience gathering actors, setting up a set appropriately, and filming.
The Earrings
This was my first film project and we were just told to create a short film without much guidance. The experience allowed me to gain some beginner level skills in camera work, lighting techniques, directing, producing, and editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
